If you are new to Biodanza the class on the first Wednesday of each month is designed specifically for you. It is the best and safest way to discover this amazing system.

Where is it? Every Wednesday from January 7th 2026 until further notice we will be in
St.Luke’s House, 270 Sandycombe Road, Kew, Richmond, TW9 3NP From 7.15 – 9.15pm
Directions:- Kew Gardens is the nearest tube station. If you arrive from central London when you get off the train, cross the tracks by the foot bridge into Station Parade – turn left into Sandycombe Road and 2 blocks along on the other side of the road is St. Luke’s House on the corner of Victoria Cottages.
This is because our usual home – St.John the Divine Church Hall Richmond, Sovereign Gate, 20 Kew Road, Richmond, TW9 2NA is replacing the floor which will take January and some of February.
If you’re new to Biodanza bring a friend and both of you can come for half price for the first 2 classes. We need to know in advance if you are coming as the numbers will be limited.
I’m Ruth and I have been teaching classes and workshops for people of all ages and backgrounds for 20 plus years.
We are a team of 3 – Anna, Hulya and Ruth and take turns teaching the classes.

If you would like the opportunity to move freely, to dance your own authentic movements to many and varied tracks of beautiful music in a safe and welcoming environment then this is for you!
These carefully structured classes are the opportunity to respond to the music without the need to learn any routines or steps. You connect with your own dance to discover how you feel in the present moment, in the here and now.
